To think that a booby shaped, slightly milk scented soft toy would be very popular with babies?

Light hearted thread... My DD would love one. Perhaps it should have a warm filling too. Her favourite place to sleep is on my boob!!!

I'd buy one!

NeedABumChange · 12/01/2015 21:04

My DP would love one too. He thinks boobs are amazing pillows Hmm

TartanTrousers · 12/01/2015 22:19

Oh yes, I'd order two!

Lanaandmaria2014 · 12/01/2015 22:30

I used to go to BF cafes (before I moved to Germany a month ago) these are support groups for BF mums and there would always be handknitted and crocheted boobs to use to demonstrate with, maybe you could get one of these.

gallicgirl · 12/01/2015 22:33

Think my DP would like one of those too.

TiedUpWithString · 12/01/2015 22:33

Yes! And I think they'd be used all through toddlerhood! My DD likes nothing better than a (painful for me) lay up against boobage. I think perhaps a soft memory foam core?

MrsTawdry · 12/01/2015 22:36

Yes! "Friendly Boob" the cuddly tit.

Username12345 · 12/01/2015 22:37

You could be onto a money maker there, OP Wink

FightOrFlight · 12/01/2015 22:39

You can knit a pair

TheBookofRuth · 12/01/2015 22:44

We had the knitted boobs to practice with in my NCT group. Not sure why as we all had real ones.

MrsPatrickDempsey · 12/01/2015 22:45

I have a knitted boob. I was given one (As a Mw and HV) for demonstrating hand expression and positioning and attachment. My real breasts obviously aren't good enough!

Anyway it has been hijacked by my 8 yr old son who is very fond of it, particularly using it as a football.

Discopanda · 12/01/2015 22:55

I have an adult friend who would like that...

ZingTheGreat · 12/01/2015 23:00

maybe for a while, then they will gow a bit and all they want to play with is adult stuff like car keys, bottle opener, phone, shoelaces..you get the gist

then they grow a bit more and it's carpet covered with cheerios, sausages & pencils stuffed in the loo and the dog covered in glittery stickers

I've thought this. My little boy falls asleep with a mouthful of nipple cuddling it with both arms outstretched (I have massive boobs) and looks seriously happy.

LooksLikeImStuckHere · 12/01/2015 23:05

Slightly off topic, but I always thought that a warm prosthetic arm would have been useful when in the car. Grin

When he was a baby, DS would only stop crying in the car whilst holding on to my finger/hand. It really made my arm and back ache (I wasn't driving, but the twisting did my head in!)

DomiKatetrix · 12/01/2015 23:06

No bottle shaped one? Wink

You could be onto something there!

I am so glad you explained the reason in your second paragraph!

SweetsForMySweet · 12/01/2015 23:35

I've got two already (but they're permanently attached to me) Grin

LooksLikeImStuckHere · 12/01/2015 23:39

Grin Fight Hadn't even thought of how weird that may have sounded!! Although, given the title of the thread, I think it fits in reasonably well Wink

Elisheva · 13/01/2015 07:51

Everybody needs a bosom for a pillow.

TrixAreForKids · 13/01/2015 09:40

yes to this, i think there should be one for DPs/DHs, which didn't smell of milk and had the roundness & warmness & one that did smell of milk for DCs! and if you cuddle it it turns warm like those handwarmer things.
I think this would be excellent.
