If you've not seen it,

Apparently, Birmingham is a Muslin only city and off limits to non-Muslims and in London "Muslim religious police" beat "anyone who doesn't dress according to Muslim, religious Muslim attire".

So aside from the disturbing implications of Fox News interviewing this guy (who has been a witness for a Congressional committee) and this guy clearly believing what he was saying. I think we need to set the record straight about multiculturalism, Birmingham and dickheadedness in general.

There are some cracking examples on Twitter with #FoxNewsFacts hash tag for anyone who is need of a good laugh on a horrible wet and windy Monday morning.

The job of a news anchor on Fox is to support and big up the position of the contributor rather than question it. Note how she agrees and asks for more..

InanimateCarbonRod · 12/01/2015 13:20

Why WOULDN'T we Grin

It's all part of the same island right?!

jonicomelately · 12/01/2015 13:24

The UK has no sovereignty over Birmingham Grin
Most ridiculous thing said by a contributor to a news programme.

squoosh · 12/01/2015 13:53

Fox News press team have set up a twitter account 'to manage and dispel all false facts attributed to us through the #foxnewsfacts trend. Arf!

TwosaCrowd · 12/01/2015 13:57

Hilarious Grin

Idontseeanysontarans · 12/01/2015 14:16

That press team account is a parody surely? I hope not because it's getting funnier by the minute but even Fox can't possibly believe that people can read the 'facts' on the website? They keep threatening to sue everyone making the jokes!

squoosh · 12/01/2015 14:17

It probably is I suppose but it says everything about Fox News when you can't really tell if it's them or someone taking the absolute piss out of them!

PausingFlatly · 12/01/2015 14:32

Oh my, that FoxNewPress is even funnier than the #foxnewsfacts.

Again, we would like to dispel all false facts attributed to @FoxNews through #foxnewsfacts. We strive for fairness and truth."

"Fox News Press Team @FoxNewsPress · 2 hrs 2 hours ago
Correction, our news intern misidentified GB leader @DavidCameron as deputy leader @EdMiliband."

squoosh · 12/01/2015 14:39

Love this.

LurkingHusband · 12/01/2015 14:45

It didn't seem possible that anything today could get funnier than FoxNewsFacts ... until FoxNewPress - especially the comment (promise, hopefully) that they will only respond to tweets from within the USA.

(Presumably they have some sort of database of users and locations ? Otherwise they're talking - still talking - out of their arses).

There must be some sort of German loanword for the situation for a fox which gets caught in a trap, and then tries to escape by repeatedly ramming it's other free foot into it's mouth ? Can any German speakers help ?

HedgehogsDontBite · 12/01/2015 14:59

The islamification of Britain is out of control

ExitPursuedByABear · 12/01/2015 15:43

Are they being intentionally funny?

WeirdCatLady · 12/01/2015 15:44

My personal fave...

So funny! I love the jam jars in hijab.

BackforGood · 12/01/2015 16:55

Been laughing my way through these all day. It's NOT helping me get anything constructive done Grin

Idontseeanysontarans · 12/01/2015 17:00

Bugger, now it's being hijacked by the right wingers. Not funny anymore..

AlorsMeh · 12/01/2015 17:24

Squoosh _. That is hysterical.

AlorsMeh · 12/01/2015 17:27

Lurkinghusband - ROFL. Surely they are playing along, surely they aren't that dim?????

PausingFlatly · 12/01/2015 17:51

Surely a spoof!

Though as squoosh says, the fact it's hard to tell spoof from genuine says all you need about Fox News.

BuzzardBird · 12/01/2015 18:42

As a teenager at school I was forced to 'conform'. :(

One day I was coming out of a classical music lesson and was forced to read the 'Kerrang'

Ozzie rools ok?

siscaza · 12/01/2015 19:55

I needed this today, genuinely one of the funniest things I've seen and read for a long time Grin particularly love the Ireland clip,

smokepole · 12/01/2015 19:57

I think "Birmingham" needs to send "Fox News" the 1977 Telly Savalas video about Birmingham! Watch it on You Tube.

vinegarandbrownpaper · 12/01/2015 20:26

The sad thing is that truth is irrelevant. Plenty of people will have heard him and let the 'fact' sink in and that's it.. job done.

Amazing to think that he advises government. Just shows how willful and calculated some US ignorance is.
