About bringing buggies into school?
Dd's school has a covered area which leads into a 10x5 foot porch. This is also the cloakroom so all parents use this entrance but need to hang up coats and bags before going through the door into the classroom.

Many parents bring buggies to school and pass through this area. It is so congested and takes ages just to get into school. These buggies are then wheeled into the classroom and parked up on the carpet where the children sit for carpet time.

So AIBU to think that this is a health and safety/fire hazard? Or just being preci

Been to school this week to take DD in and buggies are now back on the carpet. Absolutely disgusted.

I've written an email to the head and asked for issues to be addressed.

Buggies can go into ds's school, and I was allowed to take ds's buggy into dd's school (which has a no buggy policy) as he is disabled.

Having the buggies on the carpet used for carpet time seems a bit grim, although you should see the bottom of some of the kids shoes!
