Where did you buy it from?

If from Amazon I'd send it back and get a refund :)

afreshstartplease · 28/12/2014 10:26

It was from amazon

Is this a common thing with them?

Dd is quite taken with it

We've got the train track and very sick of rebuilding it!

Fairylea · 28/12/2014 10:35

Everything toot toot is like that. We superglue it together! Ds doesn't seem to mind. Otherwise it drives us all nuts.

LadyMaryofDownton · 28/12/2014 10:38

Ah we got toot toot car park, police station & cars & they are the same! Bloody awful & wouldn't recommend them anyone. We got ours in a toy shop so it's the brand not the supplier.

We had intended to keep buying the sets & building them on but not now, it's not worth it. Once it's built it can't be moved without falling all over the toy room.

Yes I had also planned on expanding collection for dd but think ill stop at just this!

I suppose it depends how old your DC are. We got the garage & airport for DC2 's 2nd birthday and DC1 always enjoyed building the track. Six months later, DC2 also enjoys building the track & is quite adept at it.

afreshstartplease · 28/12/2014 10:56

That's good to hear dancingwitch my dd is only 20 months

dd got the garage for her birthday and loved it so she has had the train track (not yet assembled) the construction site, large fire engine and the track pack for Christmas, mostly it stays together except when she tramples all over it and it has kept her and my dsc's entertained all day! I actually think it is far better than a lot of the tat about at the moment

PurpleSwift · 28/12/2014 14:52

is it on carpet? mine is on wooden floor and fine.

afreshstartplease · 29/12/2014 07:44

The airport drove me mental. In comparison the safaribatelyfalls apart at all.

floatyjosmum · 29/12/2014 10:15

Not just us then - we were thinking dd was trashing it every time she went near it!

CheeseAndBeans · 29/12/2014 10:17

We have the treehouse, driving me bonkers having to keep rebuilding the bloody thing!

afreshstartplease · 29/12/2014 10:20

Ours is now in a cupboard
