Popped in to the co-op for a few bits to find them ripping down the decorations as 'Christmas is over'. Well not in our house it isn't and I was really angry with the miserable shits. Surely we're not the only ones with family staying, and parties and meals planned? When did Christmas become one day?

Christmas is over as far as I am concerned, though it is nice not to be working again until 5th January. The tree went up the weekend before Christmas and will come down again in a few days.

I don't do New Year. Can't stand it and really crave normality by then.

Not being a party animal means I probably fall into the bah humbug camp.
