To think the "secret" to be great in bed is

Just being confident?

When I was 18 I was with someone who made fun of my weight. I felt so self-conscious and the sex was pretty awful.

There were similar incidents where I just felt self-conscious and the man had been perfectly lovely.

All the times I haven't cared about my thighs looking too big or my stomach not being flat have been amazing.

Mmmm well maybe but I find curtains drawn and dim lighting/candies helps too. Grin

is this what it says in Cosmopolitan ?

Confidence is key. I'm too paranoid after having my baby and now even to do with my body more about my fanjo.

I don't read cosmo. But thanks for the sarcasm.

Good communication and a sense of humour.

I don't know if it makes you great in bed as only the other person can answer that, but I have always had a high sex drive including back to regular sex within a couple of weeks after each baby and I think it is because every time is satisfying for me. That is confidence related as I ask for what I want and can't say I have ever worried about what I look like.
