Yodel have stolen my Poppies. Any idea how to contact them?

First they tried to deliver my parcel somewhere I don't live.

Now 10 days later I have tried to rearrange delivery. The website tells me 'This service is unavailable'.

I have tried phoning (at 14p a minute) but it won't recognise the tracking number.

What next?

Get in contact with whoever you bought them from. It is their responsibility to make sure you actually get the goods you paid for.

Would Yodel actually hold any parcel for 10 days. I would have thought after a week it was sent back to the originator and thus your tracker number is no longer applicable.

Get onto the poppy people, they'll be able to advise you. Yodel's had enough bad press wrt the poppies, it's not worth the hassle to get more.

Why have you keft it so long anyhow?

Because life got in the way.

Have spoken to human poppy person who is looking into it.
