Well worth a read - if you really read it and take it in it gives so much perspective on why what happened WAS rape.

yes, you are right. There are still people out there writing articles (legal professionals) which excuse his rape as not real rape. This article (Linked to) is brilliant. I don't expect many Rape apologists will really read and understand it but some might. It is utterly brilliant.
