Yesterday, average day, I ate:

Breakfast: granola with no added sugar or dried fruit, with light soya milk. About 150ml orange juice.

Lunch: A tuna and coleslaw sandwich on spelt bread.

Dinner: A 3 egg omelette with an onion, 4 big mushrooms, and cheese. Handful of cherry tomatoes waiting for it to cook.

Before bed: A banana and a pumpkin seed bar.

What nutrients or food groups am I missing? Am I making any big mistakes?

If you've had an eating disorder previously you may want to keep an eye on yourself to check you're not slipping over into orthorexia.
