to ask how the bloody hell to change my password?

Can anyone help please?

I want to change my username, and I'm in the account section, but it asks for current password which of course I can't remember.

How do I let them know I can't remember my password? There's no option for 'forgotten your password?' idiots like me?

At the sign-in page, there's an option to ask for a re-set email.
