He is 4 flipping months old and it seems almost all joggers and trousers have skinny legs and taper at the ankle. Why yes, that is a perfect look for an infant.

nope I personally dont think YABU and felt much the same, and still do a lot of the time, hence why DS1 was only ever in a all in one baby gro for the first 12 months of his life until I started dressing him in nicely fitting chinos. he's never worn jeans and he's 16 months now, wears comfy joggers (from H&M, nice & baggy not "skinny" fit) for Nursery.

YANBU I have a mate who dresses her tiny son in skinny jeans. You can see his nappy bulge and HE CAN'T WALK PROPERLY in them! Awful.

YANBU.

I'm having the same problem with DS who is 15 months, skinny leg chino style bottoms aren't really compatible with an active toddler.

That said, I was having a browse in asda over the weekend and they have some surprisingly sensible stuff for babies and toddlers. Little sets of normal joggers.

Might be worth having a look.

Babygrows are the way forward, 1D never wear their onesies outside, I'm sure!
