Can you help settle an argument between OH and I?

In Strictly the couples do every dance once? So one tango, one rumba etc..

They only repeat dances towards the end of the season when they get to pick there favourite, yeah??

In the final they pick their favourite they've dances before. The last few years they also redance one picked by the judges as well.
