Why were the brother and other friend not prosecuted ( Ched - the rapist)

They filmed a sex act without the consent of the girl - is there no fucking way they can be prosecuted as well ?

Apparently there was nothing on the tapes, or nothing identifiable. I'm not sure what the legal reasoning is but perhaps because of that, even though filming someone without their consent in such a situation is surely a crime.

Perhaps nothing happened so they couldn't film anything?

Well the rapist already gave his account of what happened which was that he raped a young woman windchimeso obviously not a case of nothing happened.

How can nothing have happened windchime? He was convicted of rape! Even if he denies it like a twat he still admits to having sex with her.

I think windchime must have either a personal reason to defend the rapist or thinks that penetrating a woman who is unable to give consent isn't rape. This is the second thread tonight I've seen where she has voiced her doubts that Evans is guilty. Obviously she knows more than the jury and the judge.
