To want my free gift from Buymobiles.net and not pathetic excuses ?

Had a L3 G3 ( very nice) from Buymobiles.net - offer was with a 32 " JVC TV - all over website will be received in 30 days - have just been told out of stock and they are trying to find a similar or upgraded replacement. Can give me no date. Not happy as was for a Birthday present that has now gone and annoyed at pathetic excuse of 'trying to source' a replacement as this is possible the most standard size and features you can get in a TV. Not sure what to do or how to complain as was told they are 'doing their best' . Oh yes and they have also declined my Quidco cash back after acknowledging tracking it for 30 days !

We had nothing but trouble with this company. We spent a fortune in phone calls chasing up their error (free gift sent to wrong address) they then refused to compensate in any way for the phone calls or accept responsibility for wrong delivery address. Wishing you good luck or at least better luck than us! Smile

Was there any small print to the offer such as 'while stocks last' or 'offer dependent on availability' as that might make them feel as though they are doing you a favour by trying although I'm not sure if it would be a legal 'get out'. In fairness though, their 'trying to source' will not be a case of just finding a similar make and model, they will need to get a deal that makes it worth their while, so I can see how that might take longer than just finding the same TV from anywhere.
Have you tried taking to social media to see if that lights a fire under them? Twitter and Facebook can really help you get an idea of how many people are in the same boat as well which will add weight to your complaint.
