I think this is something that is commonplace by older guys in power abusing 15 y/o girls. Hope the guy gets locked away

However the court process is absolutely shite. The victim I know is 12 and the stranger who assaulted her has refused to leave his prison cell now on 2 occasions as he isn't well no doctors evidence needed until the 3rd refusal.

Her parents are distraught.

The police are being fantastic but raise eyebrows and sAy it happens all the time.

Most rapes are not by strangers but by those known to the victim! Even those previously in relationships with them.

That's why it's difficult to get the case to court.
