Wasnt quite sure where to post this as I'm fairly new to mumsnet , but has anyone tried CBT ?I tend to be anxious and almost always think negatively ,whether it's about trusting my partner , or stuff at work Just wondering what peoples' experiences are of this Thanks ..

Yes, I had CBT for anxiety and found it really helpful. Go for it.

Thankfully, the first page of Google restricts CBT to Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and (motorcyclists') Compulsory Basic Training, and not, well, that.

My dp had it for ocd/anxiety etc and 6 years later he still uses the techniques he learnt in stressful times. No full relapse though so worked very well here.
