To ask about spanks?

So I know this isn't a Aibu however o feel I will get a quicker response here. I have an evening gown and want some of these Spanx for underneath however as the dress is pretty much strapless I am looking at the short type efforts. My question is do they roll down and how do th go the loo

Mine don't roll.

I tug them down when I go to the loo, but they are built with an open seam so in theory you could just hoick them clear of where you expect the flow to go and crack on. That always seemed a bit risky to me!

Go to the shop, try it on and see how it works for you.

The shop assistants might not want to spank you, though. Make sure you ask only for the Spanx.

I have the shorts from Primark and they are amazing. They were £8 or something and don't roll down, which I can't say for some 'foundation garments' that I've spent £40+ on.

Do not attempt to wee through the hole. Especially whilst drunk

Mine loop through my bra strap to stop them rolling, but you need help to go to the loo.

ha! Bought a pair from Bravissimo to go on my first proper post baby night out. Mine were tight enough to not fall down or roll down but yes drunken wee wees through the gap were um interesting!! But if you are a sensible lady who can pace her alcohol intake unlike moi then it's just like going for a wee at the swimming pool and you pull your cossie to the side iykwim!

All the pants/ shorts of any brand Iv ever tried have rolled down!

Eventually i had to get one of those that have straps on the shoulder but that don't cover your bust like this one.

It's from primary and was cheap but works quite well.

If you buy the proper spanx then they are fab. I've some of the cheaper ones before but are no where near as good as the proper ones.
Mine have never rolled down they always stay in place. There is no gap in mine either so i have to squeeze in and out of them for the toilet. Strangely enough i tend not to need the loo as much while wearing them.
I have managed to get them up and down no problem while intoxicated as well so it's not too difficult.

I got a fab one from Sainsburys. You wear your normal bra, the slip thingy has straps but goes under your boobs, down to mid thigh

OP: spanks can be a normal part of a healthy adult relationship. But still, don't do anything you're uncomfortable with.
