School in cul-de-sac expanded in last few years. They are already planning mew traffic measures which push their traffic furher from the school. New plan is a 1 way system to cul de sac and other from.
It sounds good for the school (maybe) will depend on congestion caused bu their other new measures.
I know i wouldnt be happy to be told i cant drive down my own street to my house. And back out again without wasting fuel. I dont know how the houses affected will comment to the council. They could think its worth it rather than driving past all the parked cars and stopping when they meet another car.
From my house lots more traffic would have to go past outside school times as everyone on all 3 streets will have to drive by whereas only what is on our road would currently have to, bit like a u shape.
I dont imagine it would make school parking easier, if anything cars might drive quicker as all going same way.
