I am waiting to misscarry and that I am skint. Friend A knows this and suggested we go for a night out tonight. I live close to town and my friends all live twenty minutes drive away.

They don't drive. Every time we go out friends expect me to pick them up and then they walk to town from mine. Get a taxi home. Friends all have a drink before going out while I can't because I've got to pick them up.

Tonight friend A asked me to overload my car by having 5 passengers I said 'no'.
So friend asked me to make two trips, I said tbh I don't feel like going out as I am depressed. So friend A texts and has the cheek to ask " will I still pick them all up so they can go out"

I feel really angry. Like they take me for granted and just take the piss.

I wouldn't confront them either as by the sounds of them they wouldn't give a shit

Good grief!! That is bordering on inhuman! I would tell them what I thought of them and then tell them never ever to contact you again. To call them selfish shits is being rude ...to shits!!

They are not friends. You don't have to think about it now but I'd definitely drop them. I wouldn't make a fuss or a big deal, I'd be consistently unavailable to them, let it fizzle out, they don't sound the sort to stick around if they aren't getting something out of it.
