I am 11 weeks pregnant, but still. It's the second morning I've done it.

Not at all, sounds lovely and has been had here many a time for breakfast when ds1 is trying to be awkward!

Eva50 · 22/09/2014 09:45

Ds3 (8) often has that for breakfast, with brown sauce of course!

ClaimedByMe · 22/09/2014 09:45

Good to have some protein at breakfast, surely? And honestly, the kind of breakfast cereal that somehow manages to be considered a 'normal' breakfast is just sugar with some vitamins added. Yours sounds a better idea. If I have breakfast, it can be anything from puy lentils to blackberry crumble to leftover pizza (I make it precisely so I can have it left over...)

tak1ngchances · 22/09/2014 09:47

I had muesli with nuts and banana then chocolate. 37 weeks pregnant here!

BaronessBomburst · 22/09/2014 09:49

What's wrong with a ham sandwich for breakfast? Bread with ham or cheese IS breakfast in most of Europe. I still can't get my head round wanting to eat a bowl of cornflakes.
