All red wine drinkers

Fat Bird, a New Zealand Merlot is ace. A very fresh tasting red. I recommend to all red wine fans.

Argentinian Malbecs are so good at the moment too.

Also, if you like white, try Vina Esmerelda from Waitrose or Ocado - its lovely if you are getting sick of all the mega acidic Sav Blancs about and if you fancy something different than a Pinot Grigio as an alternative.

I love that Esmerelda too. Delicious served ice cold with spicier food.

We had this Primitivo from M+S last night and it was bloody delicious. Nicest wine I've had in ages.

I'm usually a Malbec drinker and this was similarly full bodied and berryish. Divine!

The current LIDL consignment of Fine French Wine is absolutely fab! Not cheap, but fantastic value. I stocked up last week. Will make for excellent Christmas presents.

God, I hate Pinot Grigio. Am on the Cloudy Bay as couldn't find a corkscrew and it was the only screwtop in the wine fridge. Is nice.

(Although is obv white not red. I'm a red drinker usually - Barolo is my favourite)
