I have long been of the opinion that Scottish TV and radio reporters have been over-represented on our airwaves (compared to Welsh, Irish, and even regional English presenters).
If Scotland were to separate, what would the English tolerance be for their supremacy of the airwaves?
I do worry that this will lead to some sort of wider separation and an alienation of the Scots. Specially if our economy suffers. Who will want to hear a Scot on the radio? Very worrying times for prejudice and a terrible repercussion on a wider social scale.
Let's not forget the signs 'way back then': No Irish.
