Evening all!

OP posts:
SlowlorisIncognito · 19/09/2014 01:18

Clackmannanshire result expected shortly as well. I'll be pleased to get some results soon.

flippinada · 19/09/2014 01:19

I think there are Latte. And I think he is absolutely spot on.

AgaPanthers · 19/09/2014 01:19

ooh, first result, from Clackmannshire. Wherever the fuck that is. Is it somewhere out of Rainbow?

squoosh · 19/09/2014 01:19

living I was nodding along with everything he said. It should all have been thrashed out three years ago.

livingzuid · 19/09/2014 01:19

What was the news from Fife? I missed it I think. I have a vested interest Smile

LatteLoverLovesLattes · 19/09/2014 01:19

OOAOML Hope you don't, but I wouldn't be surprised. Hope you have some 'fending off' stuff in!

Fairiesdance1 · 19/09/2014 01:20

Fife are looking like a no

PhaedraIsMyName · 19/09/2014 01:20

How can they be making predictions this early?

LatteLoverLovesLattes · 19/09/2014 01:21

Slow and that's only when Scotland would be able to apply, it could take years to actually get in!

livingzuid · 19/09/2014 01:21

tunnocks I am sorry you have that at home. I have been having bad dreams too. Yes signs kept appearing everywhere.

AgaPanthers · 19/09/2014 01:21

Apparently Clackmannanshire should be a solid 'Yes'. So unless there's a decisive 'Yes' here, it's all over really.

LatteLoverLovesLattes · 19/09/2014 01:21

Gosh, first results should be with us very soon Wine

squoosh · 19/09/2014 01:22

DH is not speaking to me as I will not discuss my vote with him and he is now pacing, smoking and muttering darkly about " bottlers". Oh well.

That sounds shitty for you Tunnocks, hope you get it sorted in the morning. I really do feel for couples who are at loggerheards over this.

flippinada · 19/09/2014 01:22

Yes voter on BBC 1 also talking a lot of sense too. I really sympathise with her point of view.

People like the last two yes and no voters are the ones we need to be listening to.

Just IMO.

StatisticallyChallenged · 19/09/2014 01:22

clack. due imminently apparently. average turn out (where they've stated it) is 87.5%

livingzuid · 19/09/2014 01:23

Thanks fairies that is good to know. I will keep fingers and toes crossed.

squoosh a mikey mouse referendum on both sides I have to say. So so poorly thought through.

phaedra I know. How can they know so soon? Is it not pure speculation?

flippinada · 19/09/2014 01:24

Aga you are right. If Fife says no, it will be a no. Strongly traditional labour, very working class.

Folk who don't know may be interested to know that Fife is Gordon Brown's stamping ground.

I wonder how much of an effect on the vote he had.

squoosh · 19/09/2014 01:24

Sarah Smith there is former Labour leader John Smith's daughter.

SlowlorisIncognito · 19/09/2014 01:24

Does anyone think it's telling that the yes campaign representative has disappeared from the table on the BBC for quite a long time?

LatteLoverLovesLattes · 19/09/2014 01:25

Welcome back SC :) Did you have a nice nap?

flippinada · 19/09/2014 01:25

Yes, FINALLY someone is talking abut Brian Soutar!

I've been boring on about him for the last week.

squoosh · 19/09/2014 01:25

Who did BBC have on from Yes?

EarthWindFire · 19/09/2014 01:25

Spreadsheet at the ready SC ?Wink

PhaedraIsMyName · 19/09/2014 01:26

sqoosh who has got her job solely on her own talent of course. Sorry but surely no matter what side you're on wasn't her 10.30 show dire?

flippinada · 19/09/2014 01:26

living I agree.

My 'ordinary voter had it right I think.
