Instead of chicken stock in Lancashire hotpot??

Disclaimer: I have already used it and tried the sauce and it seems pretty good - has a Christmasy flavour to it. Just wanted to inform people of the merits of packet Turkey gravy

I've used chicken gravy for Turkey, or vice versa before.

Lancashire hotpot...with chicken?? surely beef or lamb with oxo cube!!
