To think that hair extensions make you look a bloody mess unless you get professionals involved?

Watching Big Brother tonight. I am so bored of seeing tangled rats nests atop these women's heads.

They are either wearing their knotted creations down and their own hair is sticking up like a halo one third of the way down, or they are dragging it up into a pony tail and it's all tangled at the back and frizzy around the top. I want to get a bloody big hair brush and give it a good condition and brush the bloody thing.

It literally sets my teeth on edge. I am absolutely sure that their natural hair would look so much better

You have too much on your hands!

YABU. If they're not looking after hair they've paid for why would they look after the hair that they've got for free?

It's not the hair extensions. They don't turn you into a scruff.

YABU. I had clip in ones on and off for years and they looked lovely because they were looked after well and I used enough to blend them with my own hair, so no weird tufty bits.

You don't need to be a professional to keep them well maintained, just not a scruff. I don't watch BB, but if the girls in question have bonded ones in, it's likely they've been fitted by a professional anyway and just not cared for properly.

Even ones that are done proffesionally don't In all honesty look that great.

Hair extensions are really popular round here and you can always tell which salon has done them as they either look great or shit.

Sometimes even the professionals can't do them properly.
