YANBU. I thought you had to be 13...

The kids were apparently born in 2000. Funny as my nine soon to be ten year old was born in 2004....

I do when I get a snotty pm asking if I can be careful what language I put on my wall as her dd is on her friend list and can see some conversations between mutual friends Hmm

MrsWinnibago · 28/08/2014 23:09

YANBU! It makes me MAD. FB is full of filth and people are stupid.

MrsWinnibago · 28/08/2014 23:09

Sharon...this is why I have not made friends on FB with ANY school Mums. I don't want all this to start.

Mintyy · 28/08/2014 23:11

Yanbu.

I dislike it. One of my younger relatives has had his own Facebook since he was five. He's not even ten. I won't be friends with him because there's been two incidents already of him posting inappropriate stuff and I don't want involved.

I don't agree with it nor see the need for it but I accept in my family I'm in a minority.

sharonthewaspandthewineywall · 28/08/2014 23:13

See there's such a bunch of sheep amongst some of the parents one parent allows their child and then the rest of the kids will nag to be allowed it. Sorry darling but just because your mate has allowed their kid to do it doesn't make it a good idea...

My kids are all on fb but don't have any access to it lol I just tag them in stuff and they will have access once I think they are old enough, possibly 21....
