Of clapham junction including all calling points, how they got to that destination before. Help me!!!

YABU

I would find that fascinating.

Lunastarfish · 27/08/2014 18:36

I may video myself doing it!

My adult son would find that fascinating too. It could easily have been him talking on that train. You're being unreasonable and unkind.

wifeandstepmum · 27/08/2014 18:38

I'm on a train out of clapham sandwiched next to a woman with massively offensively cheap, over-powering perfume. I hate commuter trains

InSpaceNooneCanHearYouScream · 27/08/2014 20:08

YANBU. If you have such a mind-numbingly boring hobby as that, you should talk quietly. I like doing cross stitch but wouldn't dream of boring others with it

wonderingsoul · 27/08/2014 20:23

Ybvu

What harm arebthey actually doing, your choosing to listen.

Personally I like seeing people get joy out of small things.

InSpaceNooneCanHearYouScream · 27/08/2014 20:25

But how can you get joy out of Clapham Junction though? Hmm

ArsenicyOldFace · 27/08/2014 20:29

YABU. It's as good a thing to do crawling out of Clapham Junction as any, at least they aren't rowing Smile

LyingWitchInTheWardrobe2726 · 27/08/2014 20:30

Now OP, what if they're secretly plotting to throw the frothing, glaring, manic-eyed woman who is punching messages into an inanimate screen, out of the window...?

I guess we won't get to hear about it... you'll be no more and they will get back to their Clapham Junction reminiscences... Grin

InSpace... I do too. Do you actually finish yours? Envy... I have SO many started projects. I'm now reverting back to 'kiddie' ones that are smaller, fewer stiches and good for women with short attention spans... Blush

LiberalLibertines · 27/08/2014 20:31

At least they're not eating a stinking kebab with chilli sauce.

InSpaceNooneCanHearYouScream · 27/08/2014 20:33

lying erm... Yes,well....I TRY to finish them....I really do...Angry

LEMmingaround · 27/08/2014 20:35

I just had the bus journey from hell. Three office bod women sat behind us with really shrill voices. Obviously excited about something at work. Yes it was a bit grating but not quite so bad as my mother loudly saying how terrible it was how they were cows and mimicking them. My mother is 77 i just sat and looked at my shoes.

hormonalandneedingcheese · 27/08/2014 21:58

Invest in headphones and something to play music on OP. Sometimes people watching and listening is fun, headphones are for when it's not.

Gunznroses · 27/08/2014 22:05

Am I the only one who can still hear peoples music through their headphones? Hmm
