To not want to do anything in this shitty weather??

Have made a to do list but cannot be arsed to do anything as weather is awful & house is cold. Am trying very hard not to put the heating on

I know, it was summer last week, where's it gone? I put the fire on this afternoon as it's so chilly. Come back summer..!

Snap! my to do list is as long as my arm.
have the house to myself, no kids no DH to get in the way and immediately mess it all up, but still can't be bothered. I need a kick!

we made a big crumble and custard yesterday because its winter now
we had just got back from camping the day before having had a lovely time !

Must be just me then but it's still a bit humid, just raining. In central London btw.

It is a beautiful sunny, slightly breezy day up here in Scotland! Cooler than it has been but still warm enough to sit out and get my washing dry quickly. In fact this is my favourite kind of weather.

Resorted to emptying then sorting the airing cupboard here ??

Yanbu. So far today I have got off the sofa twice to make a coffee and once to switch the tv on. Everyone needs a lazy day now and then :)

I've got mountains of washing as we got back from butlins at almost 11 last night and the place looks like shit creek:)
There must be something in the air as I feel cold, cba and got a huge amount to do.
Tomorrow is a new day.

I've got an interminably long list of stuff to do . For some bizarre reason I am entirely unable to tackle any of it in this crap weather. But I have walked the dog so am currently occupying enough moral high ground to warrant faffing around on the internet.

Personally I feel as if I'm being targeted by the god of shitty weather. I've been treating three rain damaged walls in my house - rain comes through the walls and all the paintwork turns to power and crumbles.

The walls dried out over the summer and I've treated them, put up lining paper and painted them. I'd almost finished the last one when the vile weather started.

Just waiting now for all my hard work to be undone.

Someone in charge hates me. It's so unfair.

I feel unmotivated and listless and fed up with the sudden end of summer
However shortly I am going to force myself out on a run with friends despite feeling tired because it is a 100% foolproof cure.

Oh tell me about it. I've had some sewing piled up I've been meaning to do. But what's the point in shortening that linen skirt, and making a skirt out of my dd's favourite but now too small dress, when summer's over?
