Sorry its such a boring subject.
Tax credits have failed to pay early as they are supposed to on bank holidays. Money is so super tight that im panicking they have stuffed up my claim again- the last time they deleted my dd from the system and we went without anything from them for 6 weeks (they still haven't back paid that)
The helpline is closed and im super stressed as have bills etc due this week.

I would guess something has gone wrong with your renewal.

notagainffffffffs · 24/08/2014 12:30

Thats the thing-I went to renew online and according to the envelope and code I didnt need to take any further action :/ so fed up.

You should call them up, I'm pretty sure they are open on Sunday's.

bearfrills · 24/08/2014 14:12

Do you usually get paid on a Monday? I know it's a bit of a silly question but I used to work there and loads of people used to think all the payments would be made early because of a bank holiday when actually it was just the Monday payments.

bearfrills · 24/08/2014 14:12

They're closed on Sundays

www.gov.uk/government/organisations/hm-revenue-customs/contact/tax-credits-enquiries

according to this they should be open tomorrow

notagainffffffffs · 24/08/2014 17:07

Yep always monday. Thankyou will call tomorrow. Genuinely makes my blood boil. With the last issue of them deleting dd entirely it took 23 calls (kid you not) to get it all sorted out.
