I love DWJ's books, I have everything she has ever written. The DDs love her stuff too. She's a great literary icon and it's so good to see her getting some recognition.

'The Ogre Downstairs' Always a favourite when I read it to my classes at school. Great book.

Her son was my English teacher. Lovely man. Was very pleased to see this today :)

Tinpin do you think she has gone 'out of fashion' as a book to be read in school? I've not seen any of her stuff in the school library. It's a terrible shame, because she manages to bridge the gap between accessible and dumbed down so well.
