Feeling poo

It's two days away till like I can take a pregnancy test. Just went for a drink with my husband but felt sick on the way so had a non alcoholic drink. I am a bit quiet because I have had a busy day. My husband blurted out that he would bet £100k I'm not pregnant, that I'm feigning feeling sick because I want to be pregnant and to get on it because it's Friday!!! When I said the feeling sick had nothing to do with it, and that he's being totally unreasonable and insensitive, he just said I'd twisted everything and had decided not to have a good time tonight. I had one of those sicky burps and felt a bit spinny because probably I hadn't eaten enough today, so said I needed to go home, so I left him at the pub and am home feeling bit upset about it. Normally he is totally amazing, AIBU to think this was a bit mean?

Why would you be feigning feeling sick? It could be a tummy bug anyway. What's his problem? Doesn't he want children?

Are you quite sure you want to have a baby with this man? From what you've said, he doesn't sound particularly caring.

BolshierAyraStark · 08/08/2014 20:38

Hmmmm, sounds so like a man ready to be a father...Hmm

hiddenhome · 08/08/2014 20:38

Well, you know where you'll find your husband when you do have a baby.......he'll be down the pub seeing as he thinks it's such a crucial place to be Hmm

If you think you are pregnant, why not hold him to his bet? Wink

Surfermum23 · 08/08/2014 20:49

Yep you are all right he doesn't sound ready does hem and it was his idea!

Have you been the teensiest bit dramatic? I mean what with ttc you can get a tiny bit crazy. But tbh if you are tryibg youre best not 'getting on it' mean that in the nicest way x hope you feel okay!
