I keep my signed books in plastic bags on the top shelf and tell my family that if I pop my clogs not to throw them away because they are my legacy , they are only taken out for special stroking occasions Wink

CMOTDibbler · 06/08/2014 20:06

I have hardbacks and kindle editions. And the Tony Robinson audio books of most of them.

StackladysMorphicResonator · 06/08/2014 20:06

Does anyone else's DH get annoyed when you read TP in bed? I can't read it without giggling every few minutes, which apparently joggles the mattress in an irritating sleep-defying manner...

Ilovemydogandmydoglovesme · 06/08/2014 20:21

I need a TP nickname.

I've got some lovely Discworld pinbadges somewhere.

And a fantastic framed print of the witches in the pub. Nanny Ogg is dancing on the table. It's from Wyrd Sisters.

I always liked the name Myria! Very pretty Grin

Nanny0gg · 06/08/2014 21:22

SnapeAndLily · 06/08/2014 22:02

I love The Carpet People - I read it before I got into Discworld as a late teen. Even now I feel guilty hoovering...

RaisingSteam · 06/08/2014 22:04

just a few of us
I tried a GrannyWeatherwax one once but everyone assumed I WAS a granny.

Mim78 · 06/08/2014 22:07

I didn't get vetinari until someone told me. Also didn't get brother brutha as i was pronouncing it brootha in my head.

Is the name of the island in jingo also a joke as I never got that one either?

My favourite sub group is the watch but I also identify quite a lot with nanny ogg.

Might go for a name change now but can't think of anything clever!

colleysmill · 06/08/2014 22:09

I use hogfather at festive times of the year.

It's the only book I've read though Blush

CarcerDun · 06/08/2014 22:10
Catmint · 06/08/2014 22:10

Moist is my favourite.
