The wheelies are the smaller version. Thicker chocolate (or whatever) and - most importantly - far crunchier biscuit base.

Well I never had wagon wheelies but now I want them immediately.

I can believe that, mini jammie dodhgers are better than the full size dodgers. Its all about the jam to biscuit ratio.
