Lost my old cat beginning of June. Now feel ready for kitten. Contacted seller yesterday on Gumtree. Lots of to-ing and fro-ing of emails, agreed she would drop kitten off at 5.30, then 6.00. Then apologies, been held up, then would be 8.30. Then nothing.
Just why? My DCs all excited, then disappointed, then excited then sad. ( actually me more than them probably ) don't get why she would bother, she put in the ad, I didn't initiate this.
I really don't understand the mentality.

Hi pippity it is a closed group. There are a number of kittens on there. Also the cat rescue are great, I got my cat from there a few years ago and they also helped me with a stray I had which I have now adopted too. Great service

Thanks CatKisser. We're still at the talking stage but I know we will be getting a cat soon so I'll keep the details for then. I've never lived without a cat, I feel somewhat lost without one!

Weird, our rescues are overflowing with kittens (apparently most are born mid-late spring).
