Next doors boys ( aged 9, 12 and 15) are left on their own during the day in the summer.
They keep playing god awful dance/ trance/ shit VERY loudly in the garden. I can hear it when im in my living room, at the front of the house, while they are paying it at the end of their garden. It a big distance, and i can hear it loudly.

Ive been out there to say something today, i did so the other day. They turn it down for a bit then it goes up again.

I dont know if im being a grump and should suck it up or if i should try and catch their parents.

As a side, they broke my parasol a few weeks ago, balls coming over the fence and i had to tell their parents then, who paid 60% of the cost of the new one.

Call the noise abatement team and have done with it.

If they're reasonable enough to pay towards your parasol then they should be ok if you have a word about the ( crap ) music.Go and see them.

I'm afraid you'll have to talk to the parents again. We had a similar episode with teenage girl NDN, who'd play her music LOUDLY at all hours while her mum was working nights. We spoke to the girl. It happened again. Spoke to her again. Spoke to mother. Yelled at girl. Yelled at mother. Called the council. It stopped.

60% of the cost? Bloody cheek. Yes mention to parents.
