Do people actually buy stuff made from loom bands (as opposed to buying the kits)?

I look at them and I think, mm, bet I could do that. Bet I could do it quite nicely, and make ones with little slogans on and all sorts.

But I am not sure anyone is going to be interested in paying £5 or so for a bracelet when they can get a loom and bands and make a few billion of their own for about £2.25. Is the whole loom band thing a bit like hand-made greeting cards, where the only people turning a profit are the people flogging the Stuff To Make The Things WIth?

Kids churn them out; there's no money to be made from them, unfortunately!

I can make Minecraft Creepers with them. My son is thrilled, however I doubt I'll b making my millions any time soon.

There's no accounting for what people will buy, the only way to find out is to get them on sale!

I'm not sure people would pay a fiver for a bracelet made out of laggy bands Grin and make their own for £2.25? you can get 300 of the fucking things for just over a quid on amazon, unless you're buying expensive charms to put on?

If you're going to cash in on them though now's the time, surely it can't go on much longer

The children in my sister's street make loom band bracelets and sell them to willing adults/older teens for 20p each.

It started when an adult started making them and trying to sell them to the tinies who couldn't quite get the hang of it for £1 a bracelet Shock

Dd1 was having none of it, so made all the tinies free bracelets, but it did give them the idea that money could be made Hmm
