All those poor young lads in black leather trench-coats. All those...er...curvy young ladies in their corsets and chunky boots. No wonder all their hair goes crimpy.

I'm going to put a saucer of snakebite outside the back door tonight. Might help a bit.

AndromedaGal My kids, exGoths used to go to the Electric Ballroom.

It's still going strong as far as I can see - I googled it - but obviously not at the moment due to covid - it was going to shut down at one point because that part of Camden was going to be sold off for development but things changed and it lived to fight another day.

I well remember many a Friday evening sitting painting my son's nails with black nail varnish while he and his sister and friends got ready for their evening out.

Happy days.
