Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar

According to the reviews, it cures anything from acne to acid reflux and even flabby tummies!

It came up on my Amazon recommendations, must admit, I'm tempted.

I bought some on Sunday. It's really good for your skin too if you soak cotton wool in it and put it on neat.

You will smell a bit like a packet of salt and vinegar crisps if your putting it on your skin though so best to do it at night I think

The lady in Holland and Barrett mentioned it's used to aid weight loss as well so I'm going to put some in hot water and give it a try. Might not be a wonder product but there's definitely something to it I think anyways..

that's strange, it's gone up by £2 since I posted this Hmm

Hmm well do you live anywhere near a Holland and Barrett? I only paid £2.00 ish. Granted it's not as big a bottle but should be fine unless of course you plan on bathing in it (would probably be really good for you anyways!).

It's not that braggs make, it's aspalls or something like that but it is an organic one which I think is key for all the health benefits so all good!

Miren · 22/07/2014 09:06

aspall isn't cloudy... so not the same (apparently)

It's a very traditional cure, claimed to aid all sorts of things.

HarveySchlumpfenburger · 22/07/2014 10:25

I think claimed is probably the key word in that sentence.

YANBU. As a copywriter I've been asked many times to write up fake reviews. When I was just starting out and a bit greener, I wrote a load for various "Experience Days".

"The spa day at Rubbishy Hall was fantastic! I went with my Mum and sister as a special pre-birthday treat and the staff went out of their way to make the day really special!"

Now I read every review with a raised eyebrow and suspicion. I won't write them these days.

Really MrsWinnibago?! hmmm...

Yes really...why? Don't you believe me?
