I assume you mean Kinver near Kidderminster?

If so, Queens at Belbroughton is lovely. Would be perfect for a 2nd date

However for OD I always liked busy places - I love the Lyttleton in Hagley - got a very buzzy vibe.

But French Hen in Clent is nice too

Just up the road from me. Yes The Vine is nice and has a big garden area next to the river with tables to sit at. All of Kinver is pretty really. If the date goes very well you could always pop over Kinver Edge for a bit of al fresco - but watch out for the adders!
