YANBU, and all my family are aware that if they are ever in a position where they have to give permission for my organs to be used that I want them to be donated.

DH and I are on the donor registry

I didn't know. I am on the donor register and periodically, ensure my family know that I want my organs donated if medically possible.

Thanks guys,
I just find it odd that on average 3 people a day die waiting for a transplant and that there is a National Transplant week and no one seems to be aware.

Or have I just missed a lot of media coverage?
