To have lost another job, so made redundant and been temping this is the fourth time

had three offers and all have messed up when it came to being taken on .

the last one let me go so how do I pick myself up now because its almost funny but not, argghh.

So they liked me but the agency or company messed up either way so I left without a job, did really well and it went wrong again.

Sorry, not quite sure I follow. Have you been made redundant from four jobs or from one?

Sorry made redundant from my first permanent job , then I worked as a temp to perm got a job, and had three offers got to the signing part .

The agency messed up twice with two jobs so I lost the jobs, the third time it was the employer's fault and the fourth both faults so again without a job.

I don't understand how an agency could mess up which would result in a job offer being retracted. Or do you mean you were hired via the agency, the agency dropped the ball and the company hired someone from another agency?

Ok sorry the first job they really liked me ,both parties went to do the signing over then the new employer realised from HR they were not allowed to deal with the agency that I worked with, if I went with them to work I would have to leave old agency and take a £4 pay cut I had to walk away.

The second time and third time was lost due to money by the agency promises that this person said had not messed about etc, and the fourth a new Boss started when i half way through my assisgment and I was not what he had in mind prior to what had been discussed with his boss.

Don't want read and run but just wanted to say it is not your fault that they got messed up. It was in the hands of other people, not in your control, and unfortunately you did have some bad luck.

Please remind yourself that you were good enough to be offered four jobs on the trot and you are good enough to be offered a fifth.
