Odus is supposed, allegedly to be an acid flashback owl, who can presumably fly. Who cares if he falls off his branch, he can flap to another one.

YABU. I have been stuck on the stupid stupid main stupid game for fucking stupid ages and Odus is my saviour. My saviour, I tell you.

I hate Odus. Which is why I'm sticking with regular Candy Crush despite being stuck on level 565 for 4 days now.

He's an owl, he has wings, he can bloody well fly, end of story.

The latest upgrade has caused Candy Crush to keep crashing (or not open at all) on my iPad.

I suppose that might be a good thing.

Every single time he falls off I think 'Fucking fly you lazy bastard'.

If he can do a happy dance when you pass the level then he can blardy well fly too.

Yeah, Odus put me off Candy Crush. You'd think that'd be a good thing but I've just moved on to Disco Bees and Diamond Digger Saga.

Is it possible to get to level 565 without ever buying anything. I'll give up now if I'm going to have to buy stuff. I quite like CC but not so much to spend money playing it.

I hates Odus for ages, but once you are used to it he adds a new layer of tactic which can work in your favour once you get he hang of it.

I got to the end of dream world when I was stuck on 500 for ages. Now I'm near the end of the current normal levels and am getting back into it.

565 was just waiting for the lucky screen, used loads of the free bonus but when I eventually cleared it was pure fluke with loads of combos and using two lollipops. Hate opus!

Chicken yes, it is possible to get to 565 without spending any money - I've done it. I will not, will not ever spend money on that game. Eventually it will give you a screen with combos that mean you can't lose. Do save up your daily spinny wheel bonuses though, I've had a few games where it's hinged on having one of those hands that swap non-matching candy, or on having a lollipop hammer in reserve.

So far 500 was the worst level, I was on that one for about 3 weeks. (It takes that long if you refuse to shell out for extra lives). Other bad ones that I remember are 65, 97, 147, 165, 181, 208 - don't remember too much about the 300s and 400s, I may have got lucky a lot there. here's a site with level ratings.

It should work on your iPad as long as you are online at the time - it appears at the bottom left hand corner of the screen you land on (the one with the map).
