I suppose it's covertly feminist in that it's yet another bit of evidence that men are knobs I can see what he's trying to get at, but I don't think he reaches it. And the bits about "I'd do all the housework and go to the shops and cook" are easier to explain away as 'humorous' than the bits about "not expecting other people to sort my shit out" or "listening to other people once in a while" which just come across as offensive.

OK I don't think it is great but some of the comments here are just plain nasty for the sake of being nasty. I would like to see some of you do better!

I think it is far more likely that this is a massive wind-up (especially his replies on YT) and everyone is falling for it.

I think it's pretty nasty about women as a class and about the OP in particular. It's not funny or clever. If it was my DP I would be reevaluating my relationship.
