To Not Want To...

Watch the very last episode of Morse, "The Remorseful Day", because I loved Morse and loved John Thaw so much I didn't want to see him die?

I've seen every other episode dozens of times, but never once watched that last one...

Don't blame you, I bawled my eyes out

He's not actually dead in my world.

I felt the same about Poirot. YANBU.

I still haven't watched the last Poirot, Curtain. Sad

It's making me sad knowing it's on now

Lord Peter Wimsey is alive and well and living in my imagination!

I also didn't watch Poirot's 'Curtain', I've read the book though. The last Morse was a bit sad but that was more Kevin Whatley's performance, very moving. I think that 'Lewis' is actually much better.

I still routinely switch over when I'm watching 'The Italian Job', as soon as the cars are pushed off the bus. In my mind, the 'crooks' are home free with lashings of lovely gold bullion. They fully deserved it for their excellent driving and planning. Grin

It was done beautifully though. I sobbed....

I don't want to see the last Poirot either! Although with Morse I know he's really dead and I just can't face the sadness of it all!
