I am loosing my rag here - I know, I know, not very nice, not her fault etc but I am on about my 8th call to ASDA and they still have my fucking money!
No one there knows what the fuck they are doing, although they are the most polite customer service reps I've had the displeasure of ever needing but fuck me I'm angry.
I bought something in April, it was damaged, they promised to send out a replacement after about a month I said just give me my money back, they collected the damaged goods extremely quickly but now they can't tell me when the money will be returned (or if it's been returned back to their warehouse).
AIBU to be raging at this lady? And if so how the fuck do I get my money back? I've tried nice, I've tried understanding and I've even tried stern but now I'm trying absolutely-fucking-pissed-right-off-you-utter-lying-bastards...
