I will be doing fruit sherbets again, they were extremely popular with the DDs

Big bags of the mixed fruit sherbets, divide them into their flavours, and bung into vodka. Leave until totally dissolved, filter out the crap, and bottle.

I think I used 5 bags, divided up.

Yes, fruit sherbets are moreish.

I have also just found some tango popping candy. Wonder if they do boiled sweets.
