To be annoyed every time I open Rowntrees Fruit Pastilles and find they are all GREEN AND YELLOW??

Anyone else experience this unique frustration? Where are the days when you could find several blackcurrant ones (my favourite) in every tube - and at least a scattering of the red or orange ones?

Once I found a whole tube of just the black ones, marketed as such - so, where have they gone these days?

I know I should get out more and eat healthy.

I don't buy sweets any more ......

Poundland in my town is advertising packs of just the blackcurrant ones

I can't stand blackcurrant :( the orange ones are my favourite by far.

I eat them in order, least fave to fave:

Orange
Yellow
Red
Green
Black

YANBU. Red are the best.

It is so annoying. They seem to have loads of the horrible colours and not enough of the nice red or blackcurrant. It is the same with other brands of sweets like skittles.

does anyone else put their skittles in same colour piles then make pictures with them? and YABU greens are best!

Our poundland does blackcurrant only ones in multipacks, so does heron foods. Heron foods do a 3 pack of blackcurrant for 65p!

YABU and need to send the green ones my way I love the green ones.

I have seen black and red on sale somewhere.

Orange are the best, followed by yellow and green, I would rather give the black and red away than eat them.

My love of orange sweets is well known in my family with the children giving me their orange sweets to show their love - I hadn't realised how well known until I was looking after some of their friends on an inset day and they all had a few starbursts each and they advised their friends not to get me to look after any oranges as I would eat them. They put all the orange sweets in their pockets and gave me the other colours to look after.

I like orange revels.

Poundland (or at least the one local to me) has in stock, Fruit Pastills, but the red and black ones only! Full tubes of red and black ones!

I prefer the citrus flavours. Not so keen on the red and black ones. I have somehow managed to have children who don't really like the citrus ones, so it all works out quite well!!

I hate the red ones, woolworths used to sell the tubes of all blackcurrant.

Homebargains have the packs of just the Blackcurrant ones too. 69p for three tubes. - Looking forward to the day we get a tube of orange favour ones.

I've never heard of/seen a Heron Foods shop, but will now be looking out for one! Definitely going to sniff around our local Poundland, too, as they seem to have the right idea.

ExitPursuedByABear, you have certainly tasted some untoward flavours in your time, based on your post about the flavours of green ones! I agree that they are horrible. Much too lime-y for moi.

i like a black one and would willingly throw the yellow ones in the bin (ditto with wine gums and value midget gems which are the best thing in the world ever)

For a limited time they did Jelly and Ice cream ones. The jelly ones were rank but the ice cream ones were so nice I used to buy loads of them and chuck/give the jelly ones away
