Yes I've got a bear. I'm single -I need something to cuddle Grin

I snuggle a pillow instead. it stems from missing the bump after my pregnancies Blush

I can't bear cuddling anything/anyone in bed, I'm such a cold fish! Good job I've been single for yonks.

I have a bear. Usually cuddled when DH is away or up early.

I have a teddy bear. My children chose it and stuffed it for me at a bear factory. It is extra special as the lovely sales assistant let them put a silk heart in each - which they did a little rhyme with first and then kissed it before it was sewn in.
I cuddle it most nights, my children said it would help me sleep better (I suffer from insomnia) as their build a bears work when they can't sleep.
It hasn't helped yet, but I live in hope.

I have the bear (well rabbit) my nan gave me 33 years ago on my 5th birthday Grin

She has always slept on my bed.

MrsMook · 12/06/2014 01:25

No bears here, it's rabbits.I was sleeping without them until DS1s pregnancy when they moved back to my bed for some comfort, 9 months after, plus somd recovery time before I felt human again, and they'd made themselves at home.

I have a pig. I've had him for about 20 years. I don't actively cuddle him, he just sits on my nightstand.

sykadelic · 12/06/2014 03:30

I have a teddy too. I don't sleep with him every night, just on nights when I'm feeling sad or lonely.

PrincessBabyCat · 12/06/2014 03:31

Yes, when I met DH he had to contend with all the plushies in my bed. Sadly he made an ultimatum of either him or them. They now sit on a shelf.

But sometimes they find their way in the bed. I have a few tigers, a grunty, a luma plushie, and some pandas (I guess those are like teddies).

I think I'm going to re-adopt one of mine. They've all been passed on to DD but she brought on into our bed last night and I ended up cuddling it. It was bliss! Don't know how I'm going to convince her though...

I have a teddy (well, he's a dog not a bear), used to cuddle him when I lived alone, didn't make it into the bed when I moved in with DH but both him and DH's favourite childhood teddy have lived in our bedroom through two house moves.

I have a baby in my bed to cuddle up to now :)
