Only if half a bag of Minstrels don't count either...

Monty27 · 06/06/2014 00:37

Cadbury's flake? Grin

AnnieOneWannaSmackWorra · 06/06/2014 00:39

It is a medically proven fact that calories consumed between sunset and sunrise do not count.

And by "medically" mean "absolute bollocks" and by "proven" I mean "because I said so".

AnnieOneWannaSmackWorra · 06/06/2014 00:40

Now stop this jabbering and pass me the ice cream, greedy guts. Wink

Sianilaa · 06/06/2014 00:41

YANBU, and if it's fruity it's one of your five a day too ;)

AElfgifu · 06/06/2014 00:42

It's just like any food eaten whilst travelling alone, particularly long train journeys. Smile

AElfgifu · 06/06/2014 00:42

Oh, excellent point sianilaa, I'll have strawberry!

Not if you don't want them to ;)

If I eat something naughty in the early hours magnumsMagnumsMAGNUMS
To make me feel less guilty and to counterbalance
I calculate double the calories I've eaten (just in case they count for more in the night) then over the next few days I try to eat less those X amount.
Damage limitation - that's what it's about :)

Or you could calculate your calories weekly then you don't have this problem. Some people don't buy into that eating late -doesn't digest - makes you put weight on.

Hope you enjoyed it anyway.

Latara · 06/06/2014 00:48

Anything eaten at this time of night is the tastiest thing ever!

GoshAnneGorilla · 06/06/2014 00:52

Ooooh Minstrels! It's been too long since I've had a bag of those beauties.

Also, YANBU.

MrsCakesPremonition · 06/06/2014 00:55

Chocolate comes from cocoa which is bean and can be grouped with your other pulses and lentils. Practically a health food.

Monty27 · 06/06/2014 01:02

There should be calcium in the icecream. That's good for your too:)

PrincessBabyCat · 06/06/2014 01:27

Ice cream is dairy. Dairy products have vitamins. Therefore icecream is healthy and reasonable to eat at any hour. :)
