Settle an argument I am having with DH

DH keeps saying 'Righty Cokey' whenever he is expressing that he understands, it's a 'hilarious' mix of 'Righty-o' and 'Okey cokey'. I have suffered this for several weeks now, but have tonight said that if he says it again I will, with great regret, have no choice but to LTB.

He thinks I am a spoilsport and 'Righty Cokey' is innovative and amusing, but says that if the Mumsnet jury says so, he will desist from using the expression.

Mumsnet, for the love of God, AIBU?

My otherwise lovely dh has taken in the last couple of days to speaking with a childish "not fair" voice. I will also have to LTB if he doesn't stop. I have resisted the urge to say something to him as yet. I thought if I ignored him he would stop but as he seems to be directly it to dd and my friend's daughter who's staying with us (she's often here though so she knows him well) he doesn't seem to have noticed.
